I had a wonderful time at the hotel, nestled in the center of the charming town of Pitlochry. The rooms offered a lovely view of the garden, and my request for a bath and two single beds was accommodated. The service from all the staff was exemplary, though speaking to the duty manager proved challenging. The hotel could benefit from additional customer service training. Being in the heart of Pitlochry made it extremely convenient, but the dining experience lacked in offering cereal for breakfast. Despite this, the location was unbeatable, with a good selection of meals at the onsite restaurant. The facilities were well-equipped and added to my enjoyable stay.
